Abstract 

Nanobiosensors technology of high sensitivity can detect extremely low level concentration of biomolecules and diagnose diseases in early state so that they can be cured before arrival of fatal state. Electrical nanobiosensors in the detection strategies have advantage to be easily miniaturized. If the miniaturized nanobiosensors meet ubiquitous systems, called U-healthcare systems, people can check their health regardless of time and place and maintain the healthier life patterns through feedback from the doctors. As societies are more affluent, interests of people go toward their health. Nanobiosensors and U-healthcare systems can satisfy their interests.
